Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics.

Session cookie (grav-site): keeps forms secure (for example the contact form). It is deleted when you close your browser.
Style preview (bh_style): only while we are trying out a new look for the site; it remembers which style you picked.

Contact form

When you send a message, your name, email address and message are emailed to me so that I can reply. They are not stored on the website and are never shared or used for marketing.

Mailing list

The newsletter sign-up form sends your name and email address to Mailchimp, who run my mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. See Mailchimp's privacy policy.

Instagram and videos

The Instagram pictures on this site are loaded from Instagram, and videos are played from YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo. When those load, Instagram (Meta), YouTube (Google) or Vimeo may receive your IP address.

Shops

Patterns are sold through Ravelry and Payhip, and products through Etsy. When you follow a link to buy, their own privacy policies apply.
